Kristy is a long-time resident of Claremore. She graduated from Claremore High School and went to school at Career Point Institute in Tulsa and graduated with her CMA. Kristy has been in the medical field for 18 years and loves it because the medical field is always changing, and she learns new stuff all the time. She has always worked in Family Medicine until recently when she joined Pediatrics. Kristy has 3 wonderful children and 4 dogs.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her children, family, friends, camping, fishing, scrapbooking, watching football, and soccer.
Krista Ellis, LPN
Krista joined our team August of 2020. She is an experienced nurse, LPN. She is known as the “class clown” of the office and keeps everyone smiling and laughing. Krista says her motto is “you can’t have a bad day when you get to see tiny humans all day”. In her spare time Krista enjoys riding dirt bikes and anything outdoors.
Nicole Lunkwitz, LPN
Nicole has been a LPN since February, 2021, but has been in health care since May, 2011. She has always wanted to work in pediatrics and loves that she is now getting to work with children. She enjoys spending time with her 3 little ones and her husband. They all love to be outside going to the park or zoo, hiking, and other outside activities. Nicole loves to travel and see the world..
Jessica Ragan, LPN
Jessica has been a nurse for several years. She says the best part of working in pediatrics is the warm hugs and smiles that the children share. In her spare time she enjoys working in her garden, photography, and spending time with her two children.
Kendra Thomas, LPN
Kendra is a nurse, LPN. She believes that all children are special in their own way. She says working with children keeps her feeling young. She loves being a mom, gardening and Mexican food.
Mellisa is a graduate of Sequoyah High School and a long-time resident of Claremore. She has two children both who attend Claremore school system and are very involved in the band program. Mellisa has been involved with the school system as a parent, PTO President, Band Booster volunteer, Officer and President. After years of being a stay-at-home mom she earned her CNA and worked in trauma ICU for several years before coming to work at PPOK.
In her spare time she loves to cook, bake and spend time with her family and two dogs.
Carly has been a nurse assistant since 2014 and has always had a love for taking care of other people. She is a wife and mother of two girls. She has always imagined herself working with children because it makes for a happy environment. Carly joined PPOK in 2021. She performs a wide variety of tasks in the office.
